Agile Process Improvement

Agile techniques make projects more successful by making them more responsive, adaptable, and focused. This is especially true for change projects. This makes agile techniques a natural choice to manage a CMMI program. In this session, we discuss agile principles applied to CMMI improvement programs and show what works well in the real world.
